Onward Upward Sports & Events is operated by Onward Upward Digital Innovations, LLC. By registering, reserving, or submitting payment for any offering, you agree to this Payment Policy. Last updated June 2026.
All programs, leagues, lessons, clinics, memberships, and events must be reserved and paid through the registration system used on this website or through another approved booking or registration method for that specific offering.
This includes:
Spots are limited and reserved on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis unless a specific offering states otherwise.
For team-based or group-based offerings, the person submitting registration and payment represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of the team, group, or participants included in that registration. That person is responsible for all charges submitted through the registration process unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment terms may vary by offering. Some programs, leagues, lessons, events, memberships, or team entries require full payment at registration. Others may include deposits, installment plans, recurring membership billing, or other disclosed payment structures. By registering, the participant agrees to the pricing and payment terms shown at checkout or otherwise provided in writing for the specific offering.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers used by the registration platform or approved booking method, including Stripe and Venmo Business. By submitting payment, the participant confirms they are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorizes Onward Upward Sports & Events and its payment processors to charge that payment method for the amount shown at checkout and for any other authorized charges disclosed during registration, booking, or purchase.
If a participant chooses to save a payment method on file, the participant authorizes the registration platform and its third-party payment processors to store and use that payment method for future authorized charges related to registrations, lessons, memberships, payment plans, late fees, no-show fees where disclosed, or other charges clearly disclosed during registration, booking, or purchase.
Lessons, coaching sessions, and certain small-group programs may be scheduled based on instructor and venue availability. A lesson or session is not scheduled or reserved until it is confirmed and, where required, payment is received. Scheduling requests submitted by email or another approved direct method remain subject to availability, confirmation, and the payment terms disclosed for that offering.
Some programs and events require a minimum number of paid participants to run. If the minimum is not met, the event may be rescheduled, downsized to an alternate format, or converted to account credit for future programming, except where a refund is required by law or where the specific offering's registration page states a refund. Confirmation and notice timelines vary by offering and are stated at the time of registration. Specific minimums and notice windows are listed on the offering's registration page.
For leagues, ladders, and bracket-based offerings, a division or bracket runs only if it reaches the minimum number of teams or players stated for that offering. If a division does not fill, registered participants are placed into the next division up, or the registration converts into account credit usable across other Onward Upward Sports & Events programming.
Onward Upward Sports & Events may cancel, reschedule, shorten, combine, relocate, or modify a program, lesson, league, or event due to weather, facility issues, safety concerns, low enrollment, instructor availability, team availability, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. If this happens, the activity may be rescheduled, transferred, or converted to account credit for future programming, except where a refund is required by law or where the specific offering's registration page states a refund.
Notice windows vary by offering and are stated at registration. Examples include a 4-hour weather notice for outdoor events and a 48-hour minimum-met confirmation for capacity-driven events.
For ladders, leagues, and other self-scheduled match formats, players coordinate weather-related reschedules directly. Matches must be rescheduled within the window stated on the offering's registration page. If a match is interrupted, play resumes from the exact score at stoppage. If a match cannot be completed within the session window, the league director resolves the outcome.
Unless a specific offering states otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a reservation or registration is confirmed. If a program does not meet the minimum required to run, or if Onward Upward Sports & Events cancels, materially reschedules, or relocates an offering, the participant receives account credit for future programming, except where a refund is required by law.
Certain offerings state their own refund terms on their registration page, and those terms control for that offering. For example, bus and travel trips, including the US Open Qualifiers Bus Trip, provide a full refund or account credit if the trip does not reach its minimum or is cancelled.
Account credit issued by Onward Upward Sports & Events is usable across all programming, lessons, leagues, ladders, and events, and remains valid for 12 months from issuance.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact contact@onwardupwardsports.com before starting a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
